Normit company produces blanchers / coolers designed primarily forprocessing frozen foods. Blanching in three modes: 1. Water 2. steam3. water–vapor. Blanching belt is easy to clean, with holes located at the top and bottom of the belt.
The outlet temperature of the product is approx. 15-18 ° C which is achieved precisely in the cooling section blanchers – by the action of water and air.The temperature may also be lower – which are achieved by means of chiller for cooling water.
The transition between the blanching section and the cooling section is provided by water curtain crating between these sections.
Blanching water into blanchers gets through hygienic pumps in stainless steeland through spray nozzles.
Blanching time are adjustable via electronic control panel. It also control water filling-level, belt washing, temperatures, starting, belt speed etc.
Part of the blancher is vibratory sorter
- Made of 304 dimensions 2.5mx 1.2 m. Driven by two motorvibrator, the device vibrates to 6 flexible arms
