The line is intended for highly efficient production of fatty fillings, chocolate mass, various types of chocolate glazing, nut and chocolate pastes (like Nutella) and similar products.

Plant components:

• pre-mixer, in which all components are preliminarily mixed according to the recipe, as well as preliminarily ground with the help of a homogenizing unit included in the set; the pre-mixer can be equipped with an integrated melting grid
• OPTIONAL module for dosed supply of components
• ball mill for final grinding of products up to 18–25 microns
• pumps, heated piping, manifold system and necessary fittings
• control system (automatic or semi-automatic, depending on the client’s requirements)
